No. All quotes are free. Send a photo or description on WhatsApp and I’ll reply with a fair, fixed price — usually within the hour.
Small hardware — screws, wall anchors, cable clips, silicone — is included in the quote. Larger materials (paint, tiles, cooker hoods, panelling boards, cameras) I source at cost and add to the quote, or you can supply them yourself.
Mainly NW, W and N London. See the full postcode list above the footer. Outside that? WhatsApp me your postcode — I travel further for larger jobs.
No premium for weekends or evenings. Same fair price. Emergency same-day callouts are the one exception.
Yes — full public liability insurance is held. Details available on request.
Bank transfer, cash, or card via a secure payment link after the job is done. Payment is only due once you’re happy with the work.
For quotes: usually within the hour, 7 days a week. For jobs: often same-week; weekend slots go fastest. Emergency callouts (broken lock, damage) I try to fit in the same day.
